The 6th Annual China Petrochemical Focus 2012 will be held in Shanghai China

Wednesday, November 9th, 2011

The past 5 petrochemical programs has generate a complete success regarding the level of speakers, on-site atmosphere and feedback. Participants showed strong will to take part in our 6th Annual summit. Within this mind, organized by China Decision Makers Consultancy” the 6th Annual China Petrochemical Focus 2012 “will be held on April 19th -20th in Shanghai China.

As the global economic recovery, demand for petrochemicals started to rise, and the long-term demand outlook for petrochemical products seems positive, supported by rising consumption rates in emerging economies of Asia, primarily China and India. Asia especially China will remains at the centre of petrochemicals industry growth over the years. However, with the expanding of China’s internal capacity build-up, global rapid capacity expansion and fluctuating feedstock prices, whether China would absorb the additional output of major petrochemical producers is still unknown. Demand may being held back by uncertainty, continued sluggish industrial revival complicated by the wind down of stimulus programmes, volatile raw materials, excess capacities and trade protectionism.

With this in mind, the 6th Annual China Petrochemical Focus 2012(CPF2012) continue to be committed to address strategic issues, like alternative feedstock, regional trade deals, new projects and major products’ capacity and demand, which will determine your performance objectives in China and in the world.

Our vision for CPF2012 is to be the most compelling petrochemical event dedicated in China and Asia at large and serving as the dialogue platform between international players. We’re confident that the event will definitely yield win-win situation to assist industry players to gauge the pulse of this ever-changing industry, further identify the strategic role of Asia especially China in your global configuration.

Last Annual Stats: more than 300 distinguished guests and from them there are over 30 global powerful speakers in petrochemical industry. The 5th Annual Petrochemical Focus 2011 has also attracted more than 20 out of top 100 chemical companies and 10+ china leading petrochemical giants.

With last year’s great success, we welcome to meet you at the 6th Annual China Petrochemical Focus 2012.

Keeping up with the 12th five-year plan, Shanghai International Petroleum Petrochemical Equipment Exhibition(SIPPE) faces the new opportunity

Wednesday, November 2nd, 2011

SIPPE Organizing Committee news: As the world has entered the hind financial crisis period, and facing of the impact of low-carbon economy and globalization, petroleum and petrochemical equipment manufacturing industry will enter a new development period. Oil and gas are non-renewable resource and its global consumption has gradually expanded, therefore, using more advanced technology and equipment to enhance oil natural utilization, ensuring the energy efficiency, environmental protection of oil and gas products will become the focus of the world.

2011 is the first year of China 12th Five Year Plan. And during the next five years, China will continue to promote the economic development pattern. So China’s petroleum and petrochemical equipment industry must insist on independent innovation and transform to high-end manufacturing industries, promote low carbon development and transform to green manufacturing, accelerate information technology construction and transform to modern service manufacturing industries.

According to industry experts, accelerating structural adjustment, striving to build equipment manufacturing powerful country is major strategic task in Chinese petroleum equipment manufacturing industry during the twelfth five year period. And the equipment manufacturing should rely on technological innovation to promote industrial upgrading, industrial structure optimization, and the fast application of new technologies, new materials, new techniques, and new equipment to improve traditional industries. In order to enhance the development of the industry‘s core competitiveness the equipment manufacturing should also develop in the direction towards manufacturing services. Equipment manufacturing should strengthen the development of downstream industries and achieve development in the industrial structure adjustment period.

During the Twelfth Five-Year plan period, China will vigorously develop the high-end equipment manufacturing industry. According to “The state council on speeding up the cultivating and developing of strategic emerging industry decision” China will vigorously develop the high-end equipment manufacturing and other strategic new industries. According to the “the high-end equipment manufacturing industry development planning during the twelfth five year plan” drafted by industry and information department and other departments, it’s estimated that the high-end equipment manufacturing industry will reach to annual sales of 6 trillion Yuan in 2015. Meanwhile, in order to support the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry, the government also will unveil fresh policy in tax breaks. All of these create a good opportunity for the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry. Experts said that accelerating the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry is the entry point in constructing China as equipment manufacturing power country and promoting the upgrading of industry transformation. The government will focus on upgrading of traditional industries and strategic development needs of emerging industries, promoting rapid development in petroleum equipment manufacturing industry.
