Automechanika Shanghai continue to gain momentum in 2010 – setting new records for exhibitors and visitor numbers as well as exhibition space. A total of 3,115 exhibitors from 27 countries/regions including 9 overseas pavilions from France, Germany, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand and US displayed their products across 138,000 square meter exhibition area!
We have welcomed 50,561 trade visitors from across 130 countries/regions. The top 10 visiting countries (exclude China) were Korea, Taiwan, Iran, Turkey, Russia, Japan, Malaysia, the United States, India and Thailand. Our informative fringe programmes have also been strengthened and received overwhelming responses. It has proved that Automechanika Shanghai has established itself in a leading position in the global auto industry.
Special highlights in 2011
Automechanika Shanghai will return to Shanghai on 7 – 10 December 2011 with below highlights:-
• 150,000 sqm of exhibition space covering 13 halls
• new automotive accessories product hall will be set up to meet an increasing domestic demand: car care products, decorative and tuning
• “Remanufacturing” and “New Energy” product zones will be formed to meet needs of fast growing market
• participation from more leading companies
