CHINA MINING 2011 Conference Program Announced

After the overwhelming success of CHINA MINING 2010, the Organizing Committee of CHINA MINING Congress & Expo just announced this year’s Conference Program.

6th International Industrial Forum GEOFORM 2009

The 6th International Industrial Forum GEOFORM 2009 will take place, supported by Ministry of Transportation and Ministry of Economical Development of Russian Federation.

The event combines specialized exhibitions

o GeoMAP – geodesy, cartography, geo-information systems, photogrammetry and distant scanning, engineering research and projecting, cadastre and land-utilizing;
o GeoWAY – intellectual transport systems and satellite navigation;
o Geotech – technologies and equipment for engineering geology and geophysics;

Business program traditionally includes the 5th International science-practical conference “Geospatial technologies and field of their employment, which concerns issues of geo-spatial, information and measurement systems and technologies, projecting, constructing, land management, including city-building activity, as well as providing navigation support for transport network.

This year’s conference is timed to the 230th jubilee of cartography and geodesy education in Russia and will include plenary meeting and sections in

* Satellite navigation support for transport
* Land management,
and a seminar in Complex engineering surveys.

Also the Forum agenda includes the 3rd International seminar “Satellite navigation and monitoring in Russia new solutions and prospects of development. Global navigation systems GLONASS and NAVSTAR (GPS). The seminar is aimed at providing an overview of brand new solutions and products of the leading companies, prospects of satellite navigation and its services development in 2009-2010 in Russia, associating professionals in the field of navigation technologies.
