Ten years ago, Milan already had the privilege of hosting the annual meeting of the ENS. In these ten years there has been a huge development both in knowledge on basic mechanisms of neurodegenerative inflammatory and genetic developments, as well as within neuroimaging and neurophysiological techniques in combination with advanced genetics studies, contributing to substantial progress in treatments. The ENS Executive Committee with the collaboration of invited speakers has prepared an exciting programme, where cutting-edge science will be presented by outstanding experts in their field.
