The 2009 International Sports Management Conference

The conference aims to:
a) focus on the management of large events and organizations and transpose the elements of success to regional and local conditions; and

After the foundation in 1989, the first annual meeting of the ESPU was organized in Amsterdam in 1990. In the same congress venue we will now organize for you the 20th Anniversary Annual Congress.

This meeting promises to be a very special one, not only for its high scientific content , but also for the special social events we are planning to celebrate our 20th Anniversary.

17th European Congress on Obesity (ECO 2009)

This year, for the first time, some oral presentations will be combined with Review Sessions, thus giving abstract submitters more opportunity to present their abstract orally. Review Sessions traditionally comprise three invited lectures, each lasting 30 minutes. At ECO 2009, Review Sessions will comprise two invited lectures but will also include two 15 minute oral presentations from selected abstracts.
