An International Centre for Nursing Ethics (ICNE) Conference

ICNE conferences stress interaction, networking and discourse, and so, our concurrent sessions are conducted as discussions of topical papers. Prior to the sessions the papers will be distributed to those participants who have indicated an interest. In the session, authors will make a brief presentation of their papers (about 5 minutes). A discussion will then be moderated among the participants.

Planning and control concepts, defining the scope of a project, scheduling techniques, budgeting, and assessing project risk through financial risk assessment are covered. Simulation methods are employed during the course, including software or virtual techniques, FEM, stat modeling, Monte Carlo Simulation, and transform methods. It covers effective methods for maintaining customer service and satisfaction during changing times, from obtaining appropriate customer feedback to adapting your operations accordingly. Analysing operations systems and responding to identified problems is also taught.
