Dr. Bacal will then analyze and expand upon those ideas in light of a contemporary psychoanalytic process theory: Specificity Theory.

APCO International’s Sixth Annual Winter Summit and NENA’s Technical Development Conference/Operations Development Conference (TDC/ODC) will be co-located in Orlando in February 2009.
The Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO) International and the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) announced today their plan to join their winter training events for 2009. APCO International’s Sixth Annual Winter Summit and NENA’s Technical Development Conference/Operations Development Conference (TDC/ODC) will be co-located in Orlando in February 2009.
The primary focus of NENA’s 2009 TDC/ODC will be the delivery of emergency calls, future emergency communications services, and the continued movement toward Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1). The TDC/ODC is a working conference designed to accelerate multi-year efforts by NENA and its Next Generation Program Partners to clearly define our migration path, educate our 9-1-1 community, and lead the transition of our industry to NG9-1-1.
