European Tax Summit 2008
Feb 10, 2008 - Feb 12, 2008,
Fairmont Le Montreux Palace, Montreux, Vaud. Switzerland

European corporate tax executives are constantly under pressure to address the changing business environment. Blurred boundaries, changing regulation and legislations and the added pressures of transparency and compliance continue to rank high on the agenda. In addition, multi-nationals in pursuit of cross-border activity face the challenges of indirect tax and transfer pricing.

In response, tax executives need to ensure that they are equipped to respond not only to these long standing issues but to contribute to strategic planning as companies seek to reduce costs, expand to new markets or relocate to increase competitiveness and become more commercially viable.

The European Tax Summit 2008 will focus on how tax professionals can best position themselves to support the business in this new and dynamic commercial environment by partnering with leading providers.

The 9th International Symposium on GnRH
Feb 10, 2008 - Feb 12, 2008,
Intercontinental Berlin Hotel Budapester Strasse 2 Berlin, Berlin Germany

Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I take pleasure in inviting you to the 9th International Symposium on GnRH on the topic: “The hypothalamic -pituitary-gonadal axis in cancer and reproduction”. The Symposium will take place on February 10-12, 2008 in Berlin, Germany.

The 2008 Symposium in Berlin will highlight the 100th anniversary of Aschner’s demonstration that sections of the pituitary stalk effect genital organs and hypothesized that pituitary extracts may effect genital organs, postulating that they may have many practical applications.

The Symposium will bring together basic scientists and clinicians. The basic scientists will give state of the art lectures on Pituitary Regulation of GnRH secretion as well as its mechanism of action on its various targets in order to disseminate some of their expert knowledge to interested clinical researchers and practising clinicians.

The clinicians and clinical researchers will highlight on their experience and stimulate the basic scientists to investigate new avenues. Lessons learned from the use of Gonadotropic hormones will be assessed and perspectives for the near and far, explored.

Chemists and Pharmacologists will present pharmacological preparations in Phase 1, 2 and 3 and will give the audience a glimpse into the future.

Special symposia will analyse three million well documented gonadotropin stimulated cycles and will attempt to develop “Best Practice” guidelines for daily clinical practice.

We hope that by February 2008, enough information will have been accumulated in order to arrive at some kind of consensus regarding the use of GnRH agonists and antagonists in the management of endometriosis and uterine fi broids.

The Symposium is primarily intended for endocrinologists, urologist, gynecologists and researchers in basic and pharmacological sciences.

We look forward to welcoming you to Berlin and hope that this meeting will be a memorable experience for all of you, where Berlin, the gem of Central Europe, will provide an exquisite background for an open exchange of ideas and presentation of new research. We hope that you will be able to further friendships and strengthen scientifi collaboration in Berlin, a city as lively and fast changing as the topic of the Symposium!

The rapid growth in the region and the volatile international mortgage market pose many issues and challenges for lenders, developers and borrowers alike.
IIR’s Middle East Mortgage & Home Finance Forum is the only event of its type in the region, which will address these key issues as well as provide you with the knowledge to gain a profitable share in this ripe market.

Feb 10, 2008 - Feb 11, 2008,
Prague, Czech Republic

marcusevans presents the new topic devoted to residential real estate in Russia and CIS.

International real estate experts have recently placed Russia and CIS in their top three most profitable property investment markets in the world. To establish a strong and profitable base in emerging markets worldwide a company is place intense focus on Russia and CIS right now.

The trouble with these countries from a property investor’s perspective is that they are just so expensive. For example, prices in Moscow and other CIS capitals where the demand for property is most intense have shot up so far and so fast that now the most desirable properties are for sale at prices that would make even the wealthiest buyers in London or New York faint. This means that those who wish to enter the market and profit from it have a hard time finding an affordable way in.

This conference will focus on the most successful projects realized by CIS and European companies for determining contemplations for the market development
