Highlights: Since 1993, APCC has been the forum for researchers and engineers in the Asia-Pacific region to present and discuss topics related to advanced information and communication technologies and services, while at the same time, opening the door to the world. Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publication in the conference proceedings. An opportunity will be provided for submission to a special issue of IEICE Transactions on Communications.
