Transfer to informational society influences our life sub-stantially, changing habitual foundations and notions. Informational technologies are becoming more and more intellectual, thus providing computer solutions to "typi-cally human" tasks and the Internet has erased informa-tional boundaries between countries and continents. At the same time, people are getting more and more dependent on the computers which has a serious physiological influence.

THE CONFERENCE EVENTS

The following activities are planned along with the plenary session and section sessions and workshops:

• presentation of software and hardware, methods and practical approaches to the solution on the main Conference topics;
• workshops/tutorials on the distance education, new information and computer technologies in the education and research; computer graphics and Web- design etc;
• trade exhibition of new books of the Conference participants.
