Society of Nuclear Medicine India was given the mandate to host the 9th Congress in 2008, by the Asia Oceania Federation of Nuclear Medicine & Biology, at the 8th meeting hosted at Beijing in 2004. It was a matter of great honor& pride for all the members of our society in India, now the time has come to welcome all the distinguished members of Nuclear Medicine fraternity across the globe.

The 21st Century promises emergence of newer paradigms at various interfaces of modern medicine in general and in Molecular Imagining in particular, keeping in view the exponential growth made in this exciting field of imaging during the last decade, and to keep pace with the day to day advancement in the technology and its applications both in research and clinical situation we are getting together in a cool winter of New Delhi, Our endeavor is to provide truly scientific forum of highest standards. The theme of the meeting “Globalization of Nuclear Medicine” without your presence shall be meaningless.
