electronicAmericas is the electronics industry´s most important event in the South America economic region. It takes place every 2 years in São Paulo. The show is organized by Munich International Trade Fairs and Alcantara Machado. Exhibits include electronic components and subsystems as well as machines and equipment used to manufacture electronic components and assemblies. electronicAmericas is sponsored by ABINEE (Brazilian Association of Electrical and Electronic Industry) and SINAEES (State of São Paulo Syndicate of Electrical, Electronic and Similar Apparatus Industry), who also developed the fair's concept.

electronicAmericas also features a first-rate conference program, organized by ABINEE, the Brazilian Association of Electrical and Electronic Industry .
