Highlights: This year the SSP has reached an important milestone as it will be celebrating its 50th anniversary. Furthermore, the Society is particularly delighted to confirm that the Scottish Cardiac Society Annual Meeting will take place in parallel with the SSP in Glasgow.

In recognition of the SSP’s special anniversary, all the guest lectures will have a theme of fifty years’ progress on topics of high clinical relevance and interest to all physicians. Presentations will be given by a prestigious faculty recognised as experts in their field. The programme has also been awarded 8 clinical credits from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.
