The Optimizing Adjuvant Endocrine Therapy: Where Do We Stand in 2008? symposium will cover the latest information on endocrine therapy for breast cancer in the adjuvant setting, including current clinical data on alternate strategies for the use of aromatase inhibitors, such as up-front treatment, switching after 2-3 years, and extended therapy beyond 5 years.
