Highlights: A Bioinformatics Satellite Workshop will take place after the 2nd International Congress on Stem Cells and Tissue Formation http://www.stemcellcongress-dresden.de. It will be held on July 10, 2008 at the Biotec, TU Dresden, Dresden http://www.biotec.tu-dresden.de/contact .

The workshop is not only directed to bioinformatics researchers, but also to biologists working with stem cell (and tissue formation) data. We would like to provide an interdisciplinary platform where different perspectives can meet, and discuss problems of stem cell data processing and analysis.
