GoingToMeet

The Thirteenth International Conference on High Pressure Semiconductor Physics (HPSP-13) is a satellite meeting of the International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors (ICPS29) to be held in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) during the following week. Its aim is to bring together scientists and engineers who use high pressure and other forms of high stress in the study of semiconductors to present and discuss their latest results in this field. The HPSP-13 conference will review, electronic, transport, spin-dependent, optical, structural, and vibration properties of semiconductors with emphasis in the latest advances and developments in the field.
