This course helps you apply proven negotiation techniques to everyday situations as you learn about the negotiation process, including planning, pre-negotiation preparation, and strategy development. You receive hands-on practice and valuable tips for building on your strengths as a negotiator, overcoming your weaknesses, and controlling your emotions.
