Highlights: The workshop assembles researchers that study the differences in behavior and decision-making of small unitary teams and individuals both theoretically and experimentally. Because team decision-making is almost ubiquitous but economists have nevertheless hitherto often relied on representative-individual models, the differences between individual and team behavior have recently attracted more and more interest in economics. The workshop comprises issues such as differences in learning, bargaining and the effects of social preferences on team decisions.
