The EFP Congress is Europe’s major forum for everyone working in the field of psychomotricity, providing a meeting ground and a showcase for the many activities of the community of psychomotricians. We will meet to achieve our common goal - a professional and scientific development of psychomotor interventions to treat a variety of clients in a variety of applied settings. The 4th Congress will provide an ideal forum for plenary and free presentations, seminars, posters and workshops.

The Dutch Organization Committee has chosen ‘Crossing Borders’ as the title for this congress. We intend to bridge the differences between practitioners and researchers, between national ideas about psychomotricity, and between psychomotricians and other professionals in care professions. Experts from many European countries will present scientific developments and state-of-the-art information, most certainly facilitating interaction between participants. We hope this will help generate new ties, strengthen old ones, and inspire you to cross the borders of your imagination.

The congress provides a forum for professionals and researchers from various backgrounds working in the broad field of psychomotricity. It offers an opportunity for professionals and researchers to convene and to present their work to an international audience.
