Highlights: This course will focus on the difficult headache patient in both the pediatric and adult population with detail in identification, management, and treatment. It will also provide an overview of secondary causes such as medication overuse, concussion and other head trauma, infection, thrombosis, vascular abnormalities, and neck pathology. An update on pain syndromes such as Fibromyalgia and Temporomandibular Disorders will also be discussed. There will be breakout sessions on the topics of TMJ and how to take a headache history via mock appointments.
