This two-day workshop explores the advantages and limitations of minimally invasive spine surgery. Attendees will learn the surgical techniques performed in decompression and reconstruction cases, as well as expected outcomes and complications of minimally invasive spine surgery. The lab sessions will feature demonstrations by expert faculty and all attendees will be given hands-on time with multiple devices from leading device companies.

Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:

* Assess advantages and limitations of minimally invasive approaches to spine surgery.
* Demonstrate surgical techniques necessary to perform minimally invasive spinal decompression and reconstruction.
* Evaluate expected clinical outcomes and complications with minimally invasive spine surgery.
