In light of the increasing importance of Number Portability in the Middle East, IIR is holding a 3-day intensive conference in Dubai to discuss best practice for Number Portability implementation and enable attendees to benchmark their strategies against other operators and regulators.

Case studies, in-depth presentations and interactive seminars will show how and why different operational, technical and regulatory strategies have been used by different countries when implementing Number Portability. Attendees will be able to scrutinise the different strategies that have been used and benefit from the successes and the lessons learnt.
