By attending this course you will develop a deeper understanding of the core duties and responsibilities of being a director, arising from key legislative changes, particularly the Companies Act 2006. You will then move on to discover how to use this knowledge to develop governance processes which both protect assets and create value in delivering the companys' strategy.
