Increasingly employers and health plans are leveraging the inherent value of health coaching.

Wellness in the workplace has shed its “touchy-feely, basket weaving” image and established itself as a viable business strategy for containing healthcare costs and improving workforce productivity.

Despite this progress though, engaging “high risk” and potentially “high cost” claimants continues to be a critical challenge for both health plans and employers.
