Diversity, a concept widely employed in conversations addressing education, is often not examined within contexts of economics, power, history, and culture. This conference will provide a forum for scholarly
discussion of diversity grounded in relationships between peoples, and the economic and cultural landscapes in which they interact. We welcome and encourage the participation of students, faculty, educators, and community members in these important conversations.
