This course provides a thorough review of effective project management techniques during normal as well as changing conditions. Those include project management fundamentals, structure, and strategies such as Earned Value Analysis. Planning and control concepts, defining the scope of a project, scheduling techniques, budgeting, and assessing project risk through financial risk assessment are covered. Simulation methods are employed during the course, including software or virtual techniques, FEM, stat modeling, Monte Carlo Simulation, and transform methods. It covers effective methods for maintaining customer service and satisfaction during changing times, from obtaining appropriate customer feedback to adapting your operations accordingly. Analysing operations systems and responding to identified problems is also taught.
