The program also enables industry to showcase its innovative practices and many local providers will present on their particular efforts to continually improve what we do for older people living in the community. Emerging delivery issues, such as mental health and men’s health, will also be explored in concurrent sessions.

There is also an opportunity to tour innovative services - the Centre for Healthy Ageing or the Age Friendly Home - or attend a workshop on chronic condition self management or person centred dementia care. These opportunities add even further value to your Conference experience.
