This conference aims to bring together communications representatives and leaders in order to examine the current issues with which the field contends. Specifically, this conference focuses on the ways in which corporate communications affects, interacts with, and involves all internal and external stakeholders. This conference examines methodologies and strategies effective strategic corporate communications including, corporate reputation management through ensuring the brand image and promise, corporate social responsibility, crisis management; employee engagement on all levels; utilizing the opportunities that social media provides; confronting the obstacles that social media presents; and creating metrics for measuring ROI.
