In this unstable energy landscape of the twenty-first century, the question is especially how current developments can match this scenario.

In this context, the emerging European countries urgently need to develop an enhanced common approach to the security of energy supplies and look for new means to reduce the energy dependence.

The 4th Emerging Europe Energy Summit will cover all these issues both in terms of a diagnosis approach to the problem and some evidence-based pointers towards solutions.
