This annual Meeting is designed for anyone with a passion for heart failure patient care, including advanced practice nurses, inpatient/outpatient nurses, home health nurses, clinical directors, cardiac/HF administrators, researchers, educators, students and other healthcare professionals.
Featuring up-to-date information presented by national heart failure experts, the annual Meeting will help attendees reinforce, apply and expand their knowledge of heart failure physiology and co-morbidities. Attendees will get a chance to explore treatment advances and other topics on the cutting edge of cardiovascular research to "raise the bar in heart failure care."
