The AIRTEC 2008 will follow the path of the previous fairs and will incorporate the new challenges which are set out for the international aerospace supply chain. Therefore the fair adjusts its focus every year. Among other things new special feature programmes and theme parks will be part of the fair this year. Nevertheless the main focus will remain on the 2nd and 3rd tier supplier. The 1st tier supplier and the OEM’s will also receive higher attention by specific elaborated fair contents and special feature programmes. Its worth to mention in this context, that the UAV-World (unmanned aerial vehicles) was truly a highlight at AIRTEC 2007 with the presentation of drones and its technology in a special exhibition. Also the competitive flight show attracted a lot of attention. In 2008 the UAV World will be -of course- again one of five theme parks. With this concept the AIRTEC separates itself from airshows and is a ‘must’ for everyone in the aerospace supply chain.
