GoingToMeet

This conference is ninth of the Eufoam series, and follows the conference held in Potsdam in July 2006. It is intended to gather scientists who investigate the intricate fundamental processes at work in foamed substances and engineers interested in research and development of processes where foams are the centrepiece. Owing to the influence that gravity has on the coarsening and stability of foams, the European Space Agency (ESA) sponsors projects in this field of research. The conference is thus hosted at the research and technology development centre of ESA in Noordwijk, The Netherlands.

This largely international conference will provide an overview of current research on foams and relevant physics of interfaces. It will be an opportunity to explore both fundamental and industrial issues, providing new solutions or processes for industry.
