GoingToMeet

The 4th Central European Congress on Food (CEFood) is part of the series of regular Central European congresses, the most important events in the activities of Food, Technology, Nutrition and Health. Previous CEFood Congresses have taken place in Ljubljana, Slovenia (2002), Budapest, Hungary (2004) and Sofia, Bulgaria (2006). CEFood has been established as an outstanding congress that deals with all the burning issues of our profession with evidence based discussion.

The 6th Croatian Congress of Food Technologists, Biotechnologists and Nutritionists (PBN) is continuation of previous congresses (since 1989) and meetings (since 1977) organised, in Croatia, by the PBN Society (since 2004) and the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology (organiser from 1977 to 2001; co-organiser since 2004). Intensive activity of the organisers and with great help from the co-organising European institutions, since 2001, designed this event also as Central European Meeting.
