Research in computer science and technology is rapidly becoming interdisciplinary. The purpose of ACST 2008 is to bring together international researchers and practitioners working at the cutting edge of several sub-areas of computer science and engineering, as well as related areas such as scientific computing, computational biology and medicine, and bioinformatics, in order to promote the growth of interdisciplinary computer science and technology research. In addition to fostering research collaboration, this conference aims to enhance technology transfer to industry. All submissions will be double blind reviewed by a minimum of two reviewers. Acceptance will be based on originality and contribution.
