The Digital Humanities 2008 conference will be held 25-29 June, 2008 in Oulu, Finland. It will be hosted by the University of Oulu.

This is a joint conference between: the Association for Literary and Linguistic Computing and the Association for Computers and the Humanities.

It the largest conference of its kind in the field of Humanities Computing. The Faculty of Humanities and the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering at the University of Oulu are proud to host the 2008 conference. We expect approximately 200 delegates, mostly from Europe and North America, though many will be attending from other parts of the world.
