The 7th international Heinz Nixdorf Symposium will take place in Paderborn on the February 20-21, 2008.

The Symposium is entitled “Self-optimizing mechatronic Products: Design the future”. The focus is on new technologies in mechanical engineering, dependability and software engineering in modern technical products and new design methodologies and tools, which enable to handle the growing complexity in mechatronic systems.

Papers can be submitted to the symposium until the October 1. 2007. Accepted papers will be published by the Heinz Nixdorf Institute.
