Highlights: This third conference “Collective Responsibility” follows on from two success Water Contamination Emergencies conferences: “Can we cope?” and “Enhancing our response” held in 2003 and 2005 respectively.

This is advance notification of and call for papers for the 3rd Conference, Collective Responsibility, to be held on 7th-8th April 2008.

The format will consist of three tracks, covering a) operations, b) information, and c) communications (inter, intra, external).
