Meikah majored in BA English at the University of the Philippines where she was president of The Language Society, an academic organization of the College of Arts and Letters.
In 1996, after teaching in the tertiary level for four years, she took her Master of Arts in Journalism at UP and finished the coursework first semester of 1998. She was working on her thesis, "Peace Communication," when she was invited to join a Korean-owned website company. She joined the company as English Proficiency Specialist and went on to become Senior Content Developer.
Sometime 2002-2003, she became part of a pool of writers of a textbook series for a leading publisher in the country. Since then, she had been writing and doing research work both for the education and IT industries, particularly for websites of foreign organizations.
She was working as admissions head at a foreign language training center, when she decided do full-time blogging and writing electronic study guides.
Mary Ann Carolyn "Mean" Dalangin-Tordecilla

Mean has a natural passion for writing. Since childhood, she spent most of her quiet times writing poetry and short novels. This hobby led her to pursue a writing degree.
During her university years, she had been a Dean's Lister and had reaped several special awards. These awards include: Best Student Advocacy Award of the Catholic Mass Media Awards (CMMA) of 2003 in the student-group-made commercial titled "Beinte Cinco"; and Top Ten Notable Thesis in Journalism in her thesis work titled, "A Study on the Violence in Disney's Film Adaptations of the Grimms' Tales and its Effect on the Anxiety Level of Children." She was also an active member of various university groups, specifically the media and politics. By 2005, she graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Journalism.
Aside from being a full-time writer, Mean loves beauty and the arts. She appreciates the works of the Impressionist artist Monet and loves to paint landscapes and seascapes. She also loves to photograph people, centering on the spirit of realism. Other than that she simply enjoys life and hangs out mostly on the dance floor or by the beach.

Barbara studied programming at the time when programs were written on "data cards" by key punchers. Computers then, much more the internet, was at its infancy. She completed her BS Statistics course from the University of the Philippines in 1980
After graduation she joined the government planning office where she had her initial introduction to databases. She was also involved in Survey Design and Analysis as well as Statistics training and feasibility study preparation. However, all of this she put on hold to raise her family.
It was during this hiatus that she discovered her other interests which includes Genealogy research, cake decoration and quilling. She also loves to travel with her family and learn homemaking skills with friends and fellow moms.

A simple lady filled with dreams and aspirations. A consistent honor student during her school days, she loved Mathematics & Sciences. That's why she took up Electronics and Communication Engineering. Her college days were quite memorable. Tough exams and assignments werwe treated with ease. She was also a Treasurer in their Student Council. Every day was filled with fun while schooling.
Her likes range from eating sweets and "pasta" to munching junk foods and chocolates. Sometimes she loves to go out with old friends. She also loves to read novels and surf the Internet.

Ting-ting graduated from the University of the Philippines in the Visayas with a degree in Business Administration major in Marketing. She was the batch representative of the Marketing Society, Inc., an academic organization of the Marketing program of the College of Management. During her stay in the University, she was a member of various school organizations. By the last year of her stay, she became part of the Deus ex Machina Team who won "Best Presentation" and placed 3rd for "Best Ad Strategy" in AdCamp6 (Advertising Campaign 6), one of the highlights of BA 172 (Business Advertising) subject. The AdCamp6 was held in Patio Pacific in Boracay, September of 2006. After graduation, she worked for a Call Center in Iloilo. She is now working as a Webmaster for Staffing Company.
Though Shella is seen by many as a jolly and outgoing person, she still finds time to listen to music and watch television alone. Aside from being a homebody, she also enjoys hanging out with her friends, chatting or malling. She also loves to read romance pocketbooks and surf the Net.
