The Global Youth Action Network (GYAN) is one of the most expansive youth networks in the world today linking diverse youth movements and developing partnerships with youth organizations in nearly 200 countries and territories plus tens of thousands of contacts. Through a strategic partnership, GYAN and TakingITGlobal have partnered to create the most dynamic and resourceful on-line community on the net for young people and youth organizations making a difference.

The mission of GYAN is to facilitate youth participation and intergenerational partnership in global decision-making processes; support collaboration among diverse youth organizations; and provide tools, resources, and recognition for positive youth action to change the world.
