International Conference on “Eurasian Steppes: status, threats and adaptation to climate change” is being held in association with Ministry of Nature, Environment and Tourism, Academy of Sciences of Mongolia, “Hustai National Park” Trust and Ecosystem Management Steering Committee of IUCN on 10-12 September, 2010.
This meeting is aimed to discuss urgent issues of climate change, its impacts on ecosystem and socio-economy in Central Asia and what approaches we can find in order to adapt to incoming changes.General subject:
