Construction IQ is proud to announce the Bridge Construction Europe event, this time focusing on Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), this November.

Infrastructural development has taken off throughout Eastern Europe. Countries such as Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Romania, are desperate to develop their economies and integrate with Western Europe. In order to do this they must develop their infrastructure. Building railways, motorways and bridges are an essential component to achieving integration and stimulating economic recovery. It is estimated that they require over 500 billion EUROS in infrastructural development over the next few years. To help them do this, the EU have already started pouring money into development projects and will continue to do this, having set aside 180 billion EUROS for infrastructure development between 2007-2013.

The Eurocodes have also just come into effect. These new rules will level the competitive playing field and open up previously closed markets. Now is the time to make key client contacts from across the region.
