Over 150 delegates attended the 14th annual LogiCon, held in Brussels from 2nd – 4th February 2010.
LogiCon 2010 has firmly positioned itself as Europe’s leading FMCG and retail supply chain conference. Over three action-packed day, delegates heard a multi-faceted perspective into the latest industry issues, trends and progress. This year’s LogiCon was cemented as THE place where the future of the supply chain was shaped.
The focus of this year's conference was on how global leading companies could deliver a cheaper, faster and smarter supply chain. Presentations featured practical techniques on how companies could cut total costs across the supply chain, operate more efficiently and fully maximise existing resource.
LogiCon opened with an intensive pre-conference focus day on demand planning. Through high-level presentations and interactive sessions, delegates learned how to sharpen demand planning techniques, optimise performance and lower crucial supply chain costs.The main conference opened with an exclusive keynote presentation by Dirk Holbach, Corporate Vice President - Global Supply Chain Operations Laundry and Homecare, Henkel. Mr Holbach was greeted by a packed audience, all keen to learn how the world’s leading company is maximising supply chain capabilities and improving responsiveness.
