The year 2010 holds promising prospects for the field of nuclear proliferation and nuclear disarmament. A number of developments took place including the convening of the "Nuclear Summit" and the holding of the "NPT Review Conference". It is hoped that a new conducive climate of confidence and mutual trust is to be created especially with enthusiasm portrayed by major stakeholders in the field.

Within his framework, we are pleased to invite you to our forthcoming international meeting titled: "Beyond the 2010 Review Conference: Prospects for Nuclear Non-Proliferation". The meeting is organized by the Arab Institute for Security Studies (ACSIS), it will take place in Amman, Jordan (tentatively) on October 19-21, 2010.
