Highlights
M2IS 2010 is the second Mexican Conference organized by IEEE Puebla Section, and it is motivated by previous conferences as MCIS 2006 at México City, CIBSI´2002 at Morelia City (Mexico) and CIBSI´2003 at Mexico City. M2IS 2010 will take place in Guadalajara City (México) due that Guadalajara is one of the most beautiful cities in Mexico and it is a historic landmark.
