1. To professionalize the Racing Pigeon Sport.
2. To take part on the eradication of avian diseases affecting pigeons (Columba livia).
3. To be recognized as an organization responsible for pigeon sport.
4. To provide a venue for learning, sharing, and updating new developments and technology available in the field of Pigeon Sport.
5. In 2020, this will be an international event that every racing pigeon enthusiasts, fanciers, breeders will look forward to.
6. This is conceptualized to unite racing pigeon clubs and organizations in the Philippines and reach out neighboring countries that are into pigeon sport.
