Highlights
UT2009 is to be held in Wuxi, China from April 21 to 24, 2009, which is the 6th in the series of world-known conferences, held every two years, dedicated to underwater technology. Earlier successes were held in Japan (1999; 2001; 2003; 2007) and China (Taiwan,2005).
The symposium theme¡ªAdvanced Underwater Technology for the Ocean¡ªprovides a thematic umbrella under which attendees can discuss the problems and potential long-term solutions that concern not only the Pacific Rim countries, but the world in general. UT2009 will provide an invaluable forum for the exchange of information between those involved in the development of underwater technology in the world.
