As part of its international strategy encouraging overseas visitors to participate in our scientific meetings it has been decided to waive registration fees for presenters from low income or low-middle income countries. It has become clear that the high cost of registration has deterred visitors from the developing world from attending. If you wish to register as a presenter from a developing country (as defined by the World Bank), please contact the Abstracts Manager. Members of the Canadian Geriatrics Society may register at the members' rate as a result of a memorandum of understanding between the CGS and BGS.
