The program shall be conducted in an immensely practical manner through examples, illustrations,case studies, games, group work, data analysis and Q&A sessions with sharp focus on Six Sigma for business results. It shall also leverage eXample Consulting group’s standardized and world class Six Sigma templates to impart structured “Blacl Belt” Level competency to the participants.

Note: Candidates can also bring their own laptop (Configuration – 256 MB RAM, 40 GB HDD, Windows XP with MS Excel-97 (or above) and XL-Analysis Tool pack/VBA installed). The Six Sigma software and exercise data sets shall be installed to the participant’s laptop at the venue.
