Who Should Attend

Objective

By the end of the session, you would be able to:

• Have comprehensive understanding of the various processes of project management.
• Understand the critical functions, necessary skills, responsibilities and challenges of a project manager.
• Identify the roles and responsibilities of project team member.
• Understand the purpose of activity definition and sequencing, the factors that affecting the activity duration and techniques for estimating activity duration.
• Identify the project activities by creating a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and work task listing.
• Use mathematical analysis techniques determine task/project durations, and costs.
• Identify the necessary project resources by using WBS and other tools, and apply cost estimating techniques.
• Classify project risks, identify risk management goals, and design a risk management plan.
• Determine which task(s) has overwhelming influence in project duration.
• Track project progress and making project reports.
• Have a working set of project management tools and techniques for monitoring project progress - appreciate use of MS Project for planning, scheduling and tracking project progress.
• Appreciate the importance of close-out report, and how to construct it.
• Build your confidence in meeting with future project.
• Extend your professional skills and add your career value.
