The world's Post Office networks have undergone significant change over the last five years. The advent of electronic transactions has resulted in virtually every postal operator needing to change the way they operate their retail networks. Post Offices all over the world play an important social role in the communities they serve but are struggling to survive due to a decreasing number of customers, core business transactions available elsewhere and against a background of rising costs.

This second international event is specifically organised to address the issues facing senior executives in post office retail networks today. This event is the second only global retail forum for senior executives to network, share ideas, be inspired and develop business opportunities with companies present wishing to profile relevant products and services to decision makers.
